The Pick Group is focused on empowering our members  with the connections and professional tools and possibilities required to build their carreers and  use their talents, skills, expertise, and resources to contribute to our broader community.

We are an all volunteer organization, and we need people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help us do the work!

The best way to do that is to join one of our committees.

Participation in the any of the committees will deepen your connections with other young professionals in the area, and will grow your leadership skills as well as your resume, but some committees (as you’ll see below) are focused more on the internal operations of the organization (to keep everything moving forward) while others are more focused on our activity as an organization in the community both for the benefit of our members and the community at large:

Create a thriving and magnetic local economy by helping other Picksters achieve excellence in their careers and keeping local talent local!

Civic Involvement Committee
Ensure a Robust and Healthy community by engaging local needs through partnerships with non-profits, participation in the political process, and helping other Picksters do the same!
