treasurer, Impact co-chair
I am: 28
I’m a young professional at: Aitken Aitken Cohn
I get involved in my community through the following organization(s): PICK Board of Directors, PICK Board Development Training Program, Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce Leadership Riverside Class of 2018, American Diabetes Association, Riverside County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of the Inland Empire, and the American Diabetes Association.
I’m proud of this achievement: passing the California Bar exam on the first try!
I am a happy resident in the City of: Riverside.
My career goals are to: Leave our community a little more just than I found it by providing first class legal representation to consumers and traumatically injured clients for the betterment of the client’s individual situation and our society as a whole.
My professional motto is: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. – A.A. Milne and Christopher Robin
My advice to other YoPros is: Start by just showing up! While getting involved in the community can be intimidating at first, just showing up is the first step toward becoming an engaged member.
When I’m not working or volunteering, you can find me: walking my golden retriever puppy, Zoey, on the Gage canal, or working on the house.
I joined PICK because: it gave me an instant group of supportive and driven peers that were experiencing similar life challenges and changes as I was.
PICK is awesome because: of the people.
I maximize my PICK membership by: being involved on the Pick Board of Directors, sitting on several committees, and attending as many events as I can!
The issues in Riverside that I care about most are: ensuring our economic vitality by becoming a business-friendly city that is ready to meet the demands of an increasing population in the decades ahead.
