The Pick Power Breakfast held on Thursday, November 17, 2011 featured Bruce Norris from the real estate company The Norris Group as the speaker in the venue of the Victoria Club in Riverside, CA.

Bruce Norris

Bruce Norris

Mr. Norris spoke on his experience in the real estate market from the 1980’s all the way through the current economic situation.  One of the key points of his message revolved around the current situation of the real estate market and how many people are not taking advantage of it.  He also spoke on investments and how he feels real estate is a better investment than others, since the value tends to not change by the minute, compared to others that may drop sharply in value overnight.  One of the points he stressed as an investor or to everyone in general, is that when it comes to your money and finances, only do what is comfortable to you, not what an advisor necessarily tells you.

The Pick Power Breakfast series will be taking a break during the month of December but will return January 2012.  Happy holidays to everyone and thank you to Mr. Norris for speaking.
