Your identification and partnership with The Pick Group and other Pick Group members will expand your connections, enhance your resume, sharpen and develop your professional skills, and grant you the opportunities to help ensure that your community, career, and family thrive!

There are 2 options you might pursue to identify yourself with the mission and vision of The Pick Group:

Option #1: Identify Yourself as a PICKSTER

If you are a career and community-minded individual between the ages of 21 and 35; you reside within the city of Riverside or the surrounding area; you are seeking the connection, information, and empowerment required to develop professionally while engaging in the betterment of the community around you and having a great time doing it, you are already considered a Pickster and The Pick Group encourages you to become actively involved.

Throughout the year, Picksters will receive open invitations to participate in a number of great opportunities and activities provided by The Pick Group, including but not limited to:

• Informative and Inspiring General Meetings and Annual Activities
• Resourceful Professional Development Trainings and Networking Opportunities
• Energizing and Fun-Filled Social Activities
• Unique opportunities to engage with the community’s needs, direction, and development.

Each activity varies in price relative to the cost of hosting the event.  However, it costs you nothing to identify yourself as a Pickster, and the opportunity is priceless!

Simply Sign Up (to receive our weekly e-blast by clicking the newsletter link in the upper right hand corner), and Show Up (at our activities and as an engaged member of the Riverside Community)!

Option #2: Become an Official Member!!!!!

Membership in The Pick Group implies that one is committed to the Vision and Mission of the organization and also to ensuring its’ sustainable future.  In turn,  Membership should be thought of less as a purchase transaction in which you are getting something in return for your contribution, and more as partnership in which you are working with others toward our particular mission and vision.

Members agree to partner with other Picksters by:

• Making a one time Founding Membership Donation of $125.00 toward The Pick Group.
• Participating in Pick Group activities as available.
• Contributing in some way to the work of one of The Pick Group’s six committees.
• Impacting our community as stated in The Pick Group Mission and Vision.

Aside from the indirect benefits members receive from achieving our mission and vision, we also get some immediate return on our investment:

Our active involvement in the Pick Group  broadens and deepens our connections in the community and equips us with the professional tools that success in the new economy requires and employers or customers desire!
