“Don’t Be Bored in Riverside”
In August, The Pick Group is launching its second class of the Board Development Training Program!
The academy will serve to train and develop young professionals – US - to be able to serve effectively and actively on non-profit boards for the betterment of Riverside.
Why sit on your couch and be BORED, instead get Board Trained!
Here is what you get from 7 class sessions:
- The necessary skills, instruction, and education to enhance our awareness of the need for professional relationships with non-profits
- To educate on the roles and responsibilities for non-profit board participation
- To inspire us to utilize their skills to address the community’s needs
- To raise up effective board members that serve as a model for the future leaders and betterment of Riverside.
Applications due by July 30, 2009
