The Membership Committee ensures that The Pick Group’s general membership is readily informed and up to date on Pick Group initiatives, activities, and opportunities, while also ensuring that membership grows increasingly diverse and remains distinctively inclusive so that all young professionals within the city of Riverside feel as if they have an opportunity, challenge, and invitation to engage in the betterment of their community and industry in ways that promote further engagement, inclusion and understanding.
The Committee Promotes:
- That we’re better together and that we need to work in supporting, encouraging, inspiring, and including one another!!
- That Young Professionals Stay Engaged in working toward the betterment of the Community!
- That Young Professionals Get Involved!
The Committee Provides information about:
o Connecting with Young Professionals and Committees
o Connecting with Leaders in the community.
The Committee Plans Activities that help you:
- Get to know other Picksters
- Connect with Pick Group Committees.
Strength is found in numbers. The Membership Committee coordinates all efforts for outreach and retention. These include New Member Receptions, creating partnerships with other organizations, maintaining the membership database, and producing all external communications (eblasts, newsletters, calendars, web content, and promotional materials).
