The Pick Pipeline is a Pick Group Initiative that seeks to improve the quality of professional environment in Riverside by creating an early and pervasive precedence of excellence and engagement for students within our educational system. The Pipeline provides clear opportunities for students to connect with mentors in their primary years, connect with the business community during their college careers, and immediately engage with a community of professionals who are serious about their own professional development and the betterment of their community upon entering the professional environment.

The Pick Pipeline accomplishes this by mobilizing Pick members to engage with younger students and professionals while seeking their own professional development and advancement, and also by providing opportunities for the many educational initiatives within our community to collaborate and integrate their work and objectives toward one clear, comprehensive and streamlined path of opportunity.
